Medicine Wheel
The medicine wheel is an ancient and sacred symbol
It is found within many cultures and different traditions.
It is a circle of power, knowledge and wisdom, reflecting both the individual and the universe.
A way of seeing ourselves, life and the universe more clearly.
Transformation through the Medicine Wheel
Used for health and healing, the medicine wheel provides the framework for our journey back to wholeness and balance. Back to a place where we are more centred, happy and connected. Where our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual aspects are more in balance.
The medicine wheel provides a hold for my shamanic work. For every individual I work with we journey together within the medicine wheel, for clarity, healing and transformation for them.
No matter what happens in a session, it is always held by the energy of the medicine wheel. Within my work, what needs to be shown will be shown, and what needs to be resolved will be shown for resolution.
What the Medicine Wheel represents
The medicine wheel is made up of the four directions (north, south, east and west), the centre, above (Father sky) and below (Mother Earth). All symbolise dimensions of health, the cycles of nature and the cycles of human life.
As we move around the medicine wheel, we release and shed what no longer serves us. Each direction provides us with different lessons, insights, wisdom and guidance for change, growth and balance.
Different aspects of ourselves are shown for us to heal and transform. We come back to a place of strength, vibrancy, clarity, love and feeling more empowered.
The Medicine Wheel for healing
I have been influenced by the Lakota, Inca and Celtic sacred wheels.
As my work has unfolded naturally and intuitively, I have interpreted
and created my own medicine wheel for healing.

Holding a sacred space
As the medicine wheel shows us our connection with everything and holds us in that connection, I hold the space for each person I work with, as they confront themselves, their fears and pain, helping them to let go.
I hold the space in strength and love, keeping everyone safe. Encouraging them to come back to a place of love and strength.
