What happens in a Shamanic session

We work together to begin restoring balance to the body, mind and spirit. Emotional, mental and physical issues can be the result of unresolved trauma, patterns and old wounds. These can be from the past, present and what’s passed down from the ancestral line.

We become disconnected to who we really are. We lose parts of ourselves and become fragmented. To become more integrated, balanced, happy and whole we need to look at what’s in the way.

In a session I use my shamanic drum and we journey together. Through the drumming I access different realms and receive help and guidance from the spirit world.

The drum holds a powerful space in the session. It holds the healing like a steady heartbeat. It helps form a connection between spirit, the person drumming and the person being treated.

Together we reach in to find what needs to be released, restored and healed.

Releasing and transforming what’s in the way

We work on root causes and different aspects of what needs releasing emotionally and energetically. This can be old patterns, limiting beliefs, pain, fear, sadness, anger, guilt and shame.

A transformation process begins.

A process that brings more clarity and balance, always moving closer to a place of self love and acceptance.

A more empowered place where we live more authentically and in line with our truth.
