Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude my liability for:

- breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;

7.2 Exclusion of statutory rights. Except to the extent expressly stated above all terms implied by sections 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and sections 3 to 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 are excluded.
7.3 Exclusion of indirect losses. I will not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract for:
- loss of profits;
- loss of sales or business;
- loss of agreements or contracts;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of use or corruption of software, data or information;
- loss of or damage to goodwill; and
- any indirect or consequential loss.
7.4 Limit on my liability under the Contract.
My total liability to you arising under or in connection with this Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, will be limited to the lower of £1,000 and one hundred and fifty per cent (150%) of the total sums paid by you for the Products under this Contract.
